Verification refers to the process of having work signed off electronically by the person who requested the initial service from you. When you mark work as completed, the person who made the request will receive a notification letting them know that they need to verify that the work was completed.
The system uses the Work Order number as the Invoice Number by default. There is no need to create a separate invoice number. However there is a field in your application for placing a more appropriate number from an external system. Service Provider is the standard system option for Service Vendors who are connected to the Work Order Network. With WorkTrack Service Provider you are able to connect, accept, complete, and invoice for work with Customers connected to the Network.
